In collaboration with graduates from PolyU Design School, our team undertook the task of designing and producing custom-made trophies for Dah Chong Hong's Long Service Award ceremony. This prestigious event was organized by the Public Relations Department to honor employees who had dedicated 40 and 35 years of service to the company. The aim was to recognize their unwavering loyalty and commitment to Dah Chong Hong.

Design Process:

Our team began by conducting thorough research and gathering insights into the company's values, brand identity, and the significance of the Long Service Award. We collaborated closely with the PolyU Design School graduates to conceptualize unique and meaningful trophy designs that would truly commemorate the remarkable achievements of the long-serving employees.

Key Services Provided:

Conceptualization: Drawing inspiration from the values of loyalty and commitment, we ideated and refined several trophy design concepts. These concepts encompassed elements that symbolized longevity, strength, and the employee's journey within the company.

Design Development: Once the preferred design concept was selected, our team collaborated with the PolyU Design School graduates to develop detailed 3D renderings and technical specifications. We ensured that the design incorporated elements such as the company logo, relevant symbols, and personalized engravings.

Material Selection: Careful consideration was given to the choice of materials to ensure that the trophies were of the highest quality. We sourced premium materials that reflected the significance and longevity associated with the Long Service Award. The selected materials were durable, visually appealing, and aligned with the overall design concept.

Production and Quality Control: Our team closely supervised the production process, ensuring that the trophies were meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards. We conducted rigorous quality control checks to guarantee that each trophy was flawless and representative of the prestigious nature of the award.
